Signing the template appears to have destroyed it...

- I signed the template, thinking somehow the code there was recorrupting the application, even though I edit the code (which signs it) in the template.
- After refresh it still gets a corrupt signature. NOW however, if I resign the application it STILL gets a corrupt signature. In essence the application is utterly useless because it can't load the code it must execute.
- Fortunately it's a development application. I nuked it and recreated from the template and now it's back to how it was; when I refresh I get a corrupt signature error, but when I resign the application it works...
